By buying from December Vintage, you accept the terms and conditions as follows:
- Vintage clothes can be very old indeed. This means that, unless otherwise stated, they will not be in perfect condition. They may show small signs of wear and tear. However, we do only sell items that are in a wearable condition. Any noticeable flaws are described in the item description. We do not wash clothes before sending but if needed, we may spot clean and iron on a low heat before listing.
- We measure all our clothes and provide these measurements in each listing. These measurements are garment measurements only. You will therefore need to ensure your own measurements are smaller than those listed to allow ease. We also provide guides to sizing. These are rough guides only- please do refer to the measurements.
- Payment is made via Paypal and must be made within 2 working days of buying item. If payment is not made within this time, we reserve the right to re-list the item. If you are having difficulties paying for the item, please email [email protected] to discuss options available. Discount codes can only be used once, unless otherwise stated, and before 11:59pm on expiry date.
- We offer refunds on the condition that the buyer emails us within 7 working days of receiving item to arrange the return. Unless we have misrepresented the item, postage will be at buyer’s own cost. We can only accept returned items if they are in the same condition as when sold.
